For some of us, Wrath of the Lich King was a raiding heaven. Tired of farming old content, we relished in the upcoming fresh raids. Many guilds spent time pushing their members to ding 80 in anticipation of Naxxramas and for some re-vamped fun.

After having Naxx 10 man on full clear with my own WoW guild, we have been having some fun in the 25 man version. However today after venturing back in to start our weekly clear, we noticed some differences with Patchwerk that we had not anticipated.

I can confirm that the following changes have now been made post 3.0.8:

• Kel’Thuzad - Frostbolt now does 29250 to 30750 Frost damage, up from 19000 to 21000 Frost damage.

• Sapphiron - Life Drain from “Drains 3063 to 3937 health and heals Sapphiron for 6126 to 7000 every 3 sec for 12 sec.” to “Drains 4500 to 5500 health and heals Sapphiron for 9000 to 10000 every 3 sec for 12 sec.”

• Patchwerk - Hateful Strike damage increased from 53625 to 56375 damage to 79000 to 81000 damage. (however not fully confirmed)

• Lotheb - Inevitable Doom now does 5000 damage, up from 4000.

• Naxx Trash - Whirlwind damage increased to 100% from 75%.

With Patchwerk being a gear-check boss..guess for many guilds this is going to require some more gear farming…enjoy!
